Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a significant Plan of Record aimed at enhancing and expanding the Radio Access Network.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of projects and their milestones, including forecasting and completion tracking across various aspects of the network business.

• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to promote program efficiency.

• Document and disseminate meeting notes while assigning action items.

• Collaborate, negotiate, and communicate effectively with both internal and external cross-functional teams to meet monthly and annual objectives.

• Leverage AI, logical algorithms, project workflows, and other methodologies to enhance data accuracy and reduce build times.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Cultivate relationships with engineers, stakeholders, contributors, and leadership.

• Evaluate and track project progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience, demonstrated through professional and/or military backgrounds.

• Proficiency in technical project management within the wireless sector.

• Knowledge of wireless network architecture along with an understanding of the network engineering organization.

• Experience in data processing and handling large datasets across multiple projects.

• Capability to identify trends and apply logic-based filtering.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong skills in prioritization and project management.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Project management certification is preferred.

• Relationship-building skills with engineers and stakeholders across diverse disciplines.

• Ability to collaborate with various personality types.

• Competence in leading effective meetings with key contributors and leadership.

• Skill in taking meeting notes, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
