Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a significant Plan of Record aimed at expanding and enhancing the Radio Access Network.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of projects and their milestones, including forecasts and completions across various aspects of the network business.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to boost program efficiency.

• Document and distribute meeting notes and assign action items accordingly.

• Collaborate, negotiate, communicate, and implement strategies with both external and internal cross-functional teams to achieve monthly and annual objectives.

• Employ AI, logical algorithms, project workflows, and other methodologies to enhance data integrity and reduce build time.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Cultivate relationships with engineers and stakeholders from multiple disciplines.

• Assess progress and manage customer expectations effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of three years of pertinent experience, proven through work or military experience.

• Background in technical project management within the wireless sector.

• Knowledge of wireless network architecture and the network engineering structure.

• Experience in data processing and managing large datasets across various projects.

• Capability to identify trends and apply logic-based filtering techniques.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong skills in prioritization and project management.

• Project management certification is a plus.

• A Master’s degree is advantageous.

• Proficiency in building relationships with engineers and stakeholders across various disciplines.

• Ability to interact effectively with diverse personality types.

• Skill in leading productive meetings with key contributors and leadership, taking meeting notes, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
