📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the complete execution of intricate technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and QA to outline project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, and budgets, while effectively communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders.

• Recognize and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing obstacles to guarantee successful project outcomes.

• Transform information into clear and comprehensible content tailored to the specific audience.

• Manage project resources and assign tasks efficiently to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Partner closely with product managers to align projects with strategic goals and deliver value to customers.

• Promote ongoing enhancement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience in managing projects with technical teams.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering complex projects.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.

• Exceptional leadership abilities and a proven capacity to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems is a plus.

• Experience in the financial services sector or a related field is advantageous.
