Technical Project Manager – Media Solutions, VidiNet, BMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the execution of intricate customer projects involving multiple stakeholders, encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and escalations.

• Facilitate project governance, oversee Steering Committee meetings, and ensure effective communication with customers.

• Lead the gathering of requirements, manage change control, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical results.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts, which includes crafting Statements of Work and estimating project efforts.

• Organize and coordinate Professional Services resources across both current and future projects.

• Track delivery KPIs such as forecast accuracy, utilization, revenue realization, project profitability, and Professional Services margin.

• Collaborate with and actively contribute to the development of the Professional Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management within a client-facing setting.

• Proven history of delivering complex software or integration projects within established timelines and budgets.

• Experience in coordinating delivery resources across multiple concurrent projects.

• A background in media, broadcasting, Media Asset Management (MAM), or content management is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, cloud environments, scope management, and operational KPIs.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• PMP certification or its equivalent is a plus.
