This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main point of contact for significant system challenges and product inquiries.
• Collect and record requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and sprint reviews.
• Work collaboratively with developers and QA to guarantee product quality and seamless releases.
• Articulate the value of new features to both internal teams and clients.
• Supervise and mentor the Product Owner team, including goal-setting, project assignments, and performance assessments.
• Manage internal tools such as developer PTO and assignment trackers.
• Oversee system certification processes, including ONC, Surescripts, and MDToolbox/DEA.
• Ensure continuous compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Direct the structure and efficiency of the manual testing team.
• Align testing schedules with product delivery timelines and provide performance feedback.
• Guide MIPS Services in accordance with financial and strategic goals.
• Handle regulatory compliance and escalations for MIPS Services.
• Collaborate with Reg-ent and leadership.
• Provide financial reporting and train new staff on MIPS-related responsibilities.
• Navigate the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Ensure that user needs are fulfilled while maintaining technical integrity and alignment with business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and synthesizing insights through user flows, personas, and other methodologies.
• Background in the healthcare or health technology sector related to medical practices.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Data-driven approach with experience utilizing analytics for product decision-making.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the discernment to know when to seek guidance.
• Extensive experience in gathering, documenting, and conveying functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth experience working in Agile environments and directing teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Proven track record in successful technology product design, implementation, and delivery.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
• Proficient in Jira and cloud-based architectures.
• Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare-focused software is a plus.
• Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
