This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main point of contact for significant system challenges and product-related questions.
• Collect and document requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog to ensure readiness for development.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and various team meetings.
• Work closely with developers and QA to guarantee product quality, accurate implementation, and seamless releases.
• Articulate the value of new features to internal teams and clients.
• Supervise and mentor the Product Owner team, including setting goals, assigning projects, and evaluating performance.
• Maintain internal tools such as developer PTO and assignment trackers.
• Manage system certification processes, including ONC, Surescripts, and MDToolbox/DEA.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the structure and productivity of the manual testing team.
• Align testing schedules with product delivery timelines.
• Provide consistent performance feedback.
• Direct MIPS Services according to financial and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with Reg-ent and leadership.
• Produce financial reports.
• Train new staff on MIPS-related responsibilities.
• Guide the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond.
• Ensure user needs are addressed while maintaining technical integrity and alignment with business and user expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and synthesizing insights using user flows, personas, and other methodologies.
• Background in the healthcare or health technology sector related to medical practices.
• Capability to manage conflicting priorities and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Data-driven approach with experience in utilizing analytics for product decisions.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to recognize when to seek guidance.
• Extensive experience in gathering, documenting, and conveying functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Significant experience in Agile environments, breaking down epics into actionable stories, and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of successful technology product design, implementation, and delivery.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Established leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures.
• Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare-focused software is considered an asset.
• This is an Independent Contractor position.
• Availability during 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
