Staff IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and oversee IT projects within the enterprise payments ecosystem and core platform architecture portfolio.

• Direct and mentor the efforts of technical personnel.

• Oversee the execution of IT projects.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

• Develop and manage comprehensive IT project plans.

• Perform additional tasks that align with the specified position requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

• 7 years of progressively responsible experience following the attainment of the degree.

• 5 years of experience encompassing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support.

• 5 years of experience in cross-functional program leadership.

• 5 years of experience in project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

• 5 years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.

• 5 years of experience in technical roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.

• 5 years of expertise in Algorithms, Data Structures, and Object-Oriented Design.

• 5 years of experience with database technologies.

• 5 years of experience using JIRA.

• 5 years of experience with CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.

• 5 years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, or Python.

• Must successfully pass a standard background check.

• Full-time remote work is permitted from any location within the United States.
