Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee technical projects from the initial planning phase to final delivery

• Collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and client stakeholders

• Establish project scope, key milestones, timelines, and deliverables

• Monitor project progression, dependencies, risks, and obstacles

• Manage client expectations and relay project updates effectively

• Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges

• Handle scope modifications and ensure priorities are aligned

• Enhance project management processes and delivery methodologies

• Assist in resource planning and coordination across multiple projects

• Ensure comprehensive documentation, accountability, and follow-through

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in managing technical projects within software engineering or technology consulting

• Strong grasp of software development lifecycles and engineering workflows

• Proven experience in managing project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Capability to work effectively with engineers and comprehend technical trade-offs

• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies

• Proactive in identifying issues and driving towards solutions

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities

• Experience in blockchain, financial infrastructure, or enterprise software is advantageous

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies is beneficial

• Background in engineering consultancy, technical services, or client-facing software delivery environments

• Knowledge of agile, iterative, and hybrid project delivery methodologies

• Experience working with distributed teams in remote-first environments

• Exposure to blockchain, financial infrastructure, distributed systems, developer tools, or enterprise software

• Proficient in project planning and collaboration tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

• Experience supporting resource planning, project forecasting, utilization tracking, or commercial delivery reporting

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements with varying technical and commercial needs
