This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects from the planning stage to completion.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and client expectations.
• Convert business and technical requirements into detailed project plans.
• Provide guidance to sales on technical delivery needs, risks, and scheduling during the presales phase.
• Assess proposed solutions for feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Organize customer projects, including schedules, contingencies, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the technical delivery process.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and within-scope project task delivery that meets technical and budgetary standards.
• Manage technical, logistical, and commercial changes and exceptions.
• Provide regular updates on project status, technical progress, and risk management.
• Implement agile principles and adjust plans to accommodate evolving client needs and technical limitations.
• Ensure technical oversight and accountability for project success.
• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to design decisions.
• Develop and enhance project planning templates, guidance, processes, and tools.
• Utilize automation to enhance project delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Act as a client-facing, integrated resource for both internal and third-party projects.
• Offer strategic input and technical oversight for client-led initiatives.
• Connect client stakeholders with external vendors to facilitate project delivery and resolve issues.
• Stay informed about company procedures and adhere to the Employee Handbook.
• Collaborate effectively, engage in company-wide initiatives, and undertake other reasonable responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
• Technical certification, such as Microsoft, Azure, or Cisco.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with on-premises or cloud infrastructure refresh projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migrations or mergers.
• Experience with Azure migrations or transformation initiatives.
• Background in infrastructure, file, and user migration outsourcing projects.
• Knowledge of backup and storage projects.
• Experience working with SME customers.
• Proven track record of managing projects across diverse industries utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in delivering infrastructure migrations, cloud implementations, or SaaS deployments.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Capability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Agile mindset with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead teams, cultivate professional networks, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and proficiency in designing and implementing effective processes.
• Strategic thinking and research skills are an advantage.
