Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee Card Technology projects from initial requirements through to delivery, collaborating with both business and technical teams.

• Facilitate coordination among business and technical teams, external vendors, and the local team.

• Collaborate with external vendors on integrations and testing, while addressing any issues that arise.

• Maintain daily communication with the local team regarding operational and technical matters in a distributed environment.

• Manage project scope, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.

• Design a structured approach for gathering business needs and translate them into clear directives for technical teams.

• Lead vendor engagement on integrations, develop test plans, and ensure escalations are resolved effectively.

• Identify risks early and collaborate with business and technical teams on mitigation strategies.

• Provide project status updates to internal stakeholders while managing their expectations.

• Transition projects to operations and technical teams in a manner that ensures smooth ongoing management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, with a strong focus on scope and stakeholder management.

• Experience in collaborating with external vendors and managing escalations.

• Familiarity with working in distributed team environments.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
