Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of program and project delivery across ML, Systems/MLOps, Platform, and Solutions teams, overseeing everything from planning and scoping to execution, launch, and retrospective.

• Develop and uphold project plans, roadmaps, and timelines while identifying critical paths, dependencies, and potential risks.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Product, Solutions Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams.

• Oversee agile and project management processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Create and refine PMO processes, standards, and tools, such as Jira workflows, reporting mechanisms, intake procedures, and prioritization frameworks.

• Manage risks, blockers, and escalations, driving issues towards resolution.

• Deliver data-driven status reports to engineering leadership, executives, and enterprise customers when appropriate.

• Coordinate deployments for enterprise customers and manage delivery milestones.

• Assist in post-incident reviews, action-item tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Promote accountability, clarity, and excellence in execution throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical project/program management, particularly in delivering complex software or ML/AI products.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical programs with engineering teams (software, infrastructure, and/or ML).

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Strong understanding of project management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) along with familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).

• Solid technical fluency in discussing software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and ML/data workflows.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence others without direct authority.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and risk management capabilities.

• Proven ability to introduce structure and predictability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
