Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Define and clarify client needs, requirements, and expectations.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to grasp technical requirements, risks, and implementation strategies.

• Facilitate the translation of technical details between clients and internal teams.

• Actively identify potential issues, dependencies, and gaps in the requirements.

• Work in partnership with PM, UI/UX, design, and development teams to ensure project progression.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency, product, or web development setting.

• Strong technical knowledge or substantial experience collaborating with development teams, particularly focused on website projects.

• Familiarity with web and product development processes, with the ability to discuss technical topics with both developers and clients.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making.

• Capacity to deliver clear guidance and precise recommendations regarding project execution, planning, and scope.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other prevalent project management methodologies.

• Outstanding client communication skills, with a comfort level in leading client discussions, reviews, and workshops.

• Capability to convert complex technical details into straightforward communication for non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Competent in working effectively in a remote, distributed environment across various time zones.

• Located within a maximum of 3 hours' time difference from the Central European Time Zone.

• Proficient in the Russian language.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• No requirement to be a developer or engage hands-on with code.
