Rail Track Engineering Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of intricate terminal and intermodal rail projects from inception to finalization

• Supervise track and civil design activities

• Oversee project implementation and timelines

• Perform quality control assessments

• Create cost estimates

• Assist in defining project scope

• Participate in business development efforts

• Propel process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality across deliverables

• Establish project scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring they remain on course

• Direct cross-functional teams on intermodal or other rail terminal designs

• Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders

• Track progress, manage risks, and guarantee quality and compliance

• Guide team members on best practices in project management

• Cultivate client relationships to secure future opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• PE license is mandatory

• Over 8 years of project experience in rail track design

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is essential

• Demonstrated capability in managing contracts, leading teams, and surpassing client expectations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's license required

• Openness to travel as necessary
