Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase.

• Guarantee that projects yield business value and maintain technical alignment.

• Serve as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to high-level stakeholders.

• Influence operating-model decisions and secure executive backing for changes.

• Manage extensive, intricate programs that involve multiple BigPanda products and customer business units.

• Define, deliver, and monitor quantifiable customer value, encompassing business outcomes, ROI, and value-realization strategies.

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers to ensure solutions align with clients’ business and technical objectives.

• Advocate for customer success stories and outcomes that affirm BigPanda’s business value.

• Cultivate and sustain technical and product expertise in BigPanda’s AI capabilities.

• Effectively communicate with customers in both English and German.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations.

• Proficient in German (written and spoken), at CEFR C1 level or higher.

• Significant experience managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources, including risk identification and mitigation.

• Proven capability to build relationships and convey complex project statuses to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leads.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for critical project milestones.

• Background in AIOps or ITOps is preferred.

• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace is preferred.

• Must reside in the UK.
