Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create effective automations and scripts when they provide quicker solutions than scheduling a meeting.

• Analyze code to determine potential failures in a production environment.

• Oversee backlogs, assess risks, meet deadlines, and manage various client expectations.

• Evaluate incoming requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Engage in clear and honest communication with clients.

• Conduct client meetings and standups in US Eastern time.

• Take full ownership of engagement delivery plans from start to finish, including sequencing, dependencies, and timelines.

• Remove obstacles to technical decisions within the team.

• Promptly escalate any identified risks.

• Establish criteria for deliverable completion before the development phase begins.

• Track post-launch adoption and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptionally organized when managing multiple components simultaneously: a backlog, various risks, and multiple clients.

• Capable of reading code and specifications well enough to identify potential production failures.

• Develop small-scale automations and scripts for rapid problem resolution.

• Maintain calm, clear, and honest communication with clients in both written and spoken English, particularly when delivering unfavorable news.

• Proficient in AI usage: utilizes AI tools daily to draft, develop, and verify work, distinguishing quality output from subpar results.

• Able to make priority decisions under pressure and takes responsibility for those decisions.

• Minimum of two years of experience in technical delivery, program management, or a similar position.

• Must be available for at least 7 to 8 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time (9am to 6pm ET) consistently.

• Access to reliable internet, a quiet environment for client calls, and your own laptop.

• Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor or through an employer of record in your country.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
