This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of delivery reporting for Customer Solutions, ensuring a single source of truth regarding program status, risks, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to Revenue Leadership, the PMO, and executive teams.
• Oversee the intake and prioritization of incoming requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Coordinate prioritization and routing decisions while effectively communicating outcomes.
• Monitor ongoing customer integration and onboarding programs from initiation to go-live.
• Identify blockers promptly and ensure the team adheres to committed timelines.
• Develop and maintain both internal and external technical training, product guides, and support materials.
• Establish success metrics, dashboards, and feedback mechanisms for tools and integrations.
• Demonstrate adoption and performance through relevant metrics.
• Align the efforts of Customer Solutions with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, the PMO, platform priorities, and company delivery standards.
• Implement the intake and triage process within the initial 90 days.
• Assume responsibility for program tracking of all active customer integrations within the first 90 days.
• Foster predictable, measurable delivery and accelerate the contract-to-live cycle.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical program management, product operations, or project management within a technology setting.
• Proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Experience collaborating with both engineering teams and customer-facing roles, facilitating effective communication between the two.
• Technical expertise and a willingness to engage deeply on topics such as APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI and LLM tools.
• Background in developing training materials and technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health IT is preferred.
• Proficient in using agentic AI tools in daily tasks.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS onboarding or implementation.
• Familiarity with scripting or basic automation skills.
