This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and mentor project managers while implementing uniform program management practices, standards, and delivery disciplines.
• Oversee the health of the portfolio, setting priorities, managing roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, capacity, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
• Facilitate effective prioritization and resource distribution.
• Establish program governance, charters, decision-making rights, escalation procedures, reporting standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Propel high-impact, complex, regulated, and executive-sponsored projects.
• Ensure that operational readiness, security, compliance, vendor, and change management requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Finance, Operations, vendors, and business leaders.
• Convert priorities into actionable roadmaps, manage dependencies, allocate resources, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, automation, and AI-enhanced workflows to enhance portfolio visibility, reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in project or program management, particularly in leading complex technology initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing project or program management professionals.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Understanding of Technology Operations, infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, compliance, and complex technology environments.
• Proficient in scope, schedule, budget, risk, dependencies, resource management, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experienced in Agile, predictive, hybrid, and product-based delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, portfolio management, and data-driven reporting tools and practices.
