This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee technology projects and smaller-scale programs from the planning phase to implementation.
• Formulate and sustain objectives, workplans, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.
• Coordinate deliveries among business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and consulting partners.
• Collect, document, and validate business requirements, and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and resource limitations.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and uphold accountability across teams without possessing direct authority.
• Generate status reports, decision materials, dashboards, and program documentation.
• Contribute to standardized program management practices and operational methodologies.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across North America and Europe, and occasionally in Asia.
• Proficient understanding of enterprise applications, systems integrations, APIs, data analytics, and technology infrastructure.
• Excellent project planning, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills suitable for business, technical, vendor, and leadership audiences.
• Capability to foster alignment, maintain progress, and drive execution within a collaborative setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, business systems analysis, or related technology delivery roles.
• Proven track record in executing cross-functional technology initiatives that involve business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Experience in managing project plans, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
• Skills in gathering and validating business requirements in scenarios where dedicated Business Analyst support is not available.
• Preferred experience working across various technology domains, regions, or business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Position eligible for remote work, with a preference for candidates who can support the east coast time zone.
