This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and continual updates of the CyrusOne Data Center Operations Runbook.

• Promote consistency across Operations Engineering through uniform processes, documentation, and execution methods.

• Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Engineering Change Management, site drawing, Sequence of Operations (SOO) control, and ensure the quality of operating procedures.

• Collaborate with Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering teams to convert technical requirements into scalable operational processes and programs.

• Identify and resolve process gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies.

• Develop and oversee program-level metrics, reporting, and performance monitoring.

• Coordinate engineering initiatives, maintain milestone visibility, facilitate accountability, and promote continuous improvement.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field).

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in the Data Center/Critical Infrastructure sector.
