Technical Program Manager, GenAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive and intricate AI programs from their initial stages through to production deployment.

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams that include Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.

• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to create robust, production-ready architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.

• Promote teamwork across various workstreams, acting as a primary coordination point for team leaders and stakeholders.

• Recognize and manage risks, dependencies, and technical obstacles to ensure the success of projects.

• Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders, offering insights into delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and critical decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, showcasing a solid history as a Technical Program Manager delivering large-scale, enterprise software solutions.

• Proven experience in building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies, particularly RAG Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).

• Capability to convert intricate technical updates into clear, succinct, and business-oriented communications for senior leadership and clients.

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with a talent for influencing decisions across teams and leadership levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively relaying program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Certifications (Preferred).

• Experience in the Supply Chain / Procurement domain (Preferred).

• Experience managing large-scale programs with globally distributed teams (Preferred).
