Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase, ensuring that projects deliver both business value and technical alignment.

• Evaluate customers’ IT operational models and guide necessary changes to foster cross-department collaboration via BigPanda.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers to convert operational challenges into product requirements and optimal design practices.

• Create and maintain roadmaps informed by data analysis to set direction and prioritize initiatives effectively.

• Work alongside the enterprise sales team to guarantee smooth transitions from Sales to Services.

• Define, prioritize, and deliver iterative outcomes that enhance value realization.

• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within decentralized enterprise organizations.

• Ensure involvement of the appropriate stakeholders to facilitate adoption and change.

• Update customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and results.

• Advocate for customer success stories and results that validate BigPanda’s business value.

• Contribute to BigPanda’s best-practices framework and work continuously to enhance delivery methodologies.

• Empower enterprise IT teams to boost operational efficiency and service reliability through BigPanda’s AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience with enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations.

• Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of operational enhancements alongside technical solutions.

• Demonstrated accountability for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resource management.

• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and efficient individual with a proactive “get it done” approach.

• Skilled at building and maintaining robust relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and technical leads.

• Experience in developing risk identification and mitigation strategies.

• Proven ability to create and present value-oriented roadmaps.

• Excellent communication abilities; capable of conveying complex project statuses to various stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.

• Experience in AIOps or ITOps is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for key project milestones.

• Remote-based position, with a strong preference for candidates located within EST or CT time zones.
