Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Direct a team of developers and site reliability engineers in a crucial routing services reliability initiative.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offer subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of various projects and programs.

• Utilize technical fluency, program management, and relationship-building skills to deliver computing solutions.

• Promote effective communication and maintain thorough documentation.

• Provide updates on program status, risks and opportunities, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders.

• Work with key collaborators to assess and identify business risks, understand priorities, and recommend solutions.

• Implement best-practice guidelines and drive continuous process enhancements.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal engineering teams, particularly focusing on server hardware components.

• Ensure engineering execution aligns with organizational strategy and meets customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in program or project management within a cross-functional and technical team.

• Adequate technical background to establish credibility with technical teams and objectively assess risks and issues.

• Experience in navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

• Capacity to quickly adapt and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to engage in diverse, creative, and innovative projects.

• Capability to inspire individuals at all levels of the organization without direct authority.

• Proven experience managing Agile work processes.
