Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate technical programs from inception to launch.

• Define the program scope, establish timelines, and manage potential risks.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among various engineering teams, product managers, design, operations, and other stakeholders.

• Recognize and implement enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Report on program status, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

• Identify obstacles and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues.

• Set success metrics and monitor program advancement.

• Offer data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

• Assist in defining the vision, strategy, and best practices for Valon’s Technical Program Management function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a dynamic, complex software development setting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.

• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.

• Previous experience in a fintech team is advantageous, though not mandatory.
