IT Program Manager, Middle Office Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Direct all technology initiatives across six interconnected migration projects

• Create and sustain the comprehensive technology delivery plan in alignment with program milestones

• Oversee technology dependencies, timelines, resources, risks, and delivery obligations

• Align technology efforts with business and operational readiness strategies

• Provide progress updates to the Program Lead and governance bodies

• Supervise application enhancements, interfaces, integrations, infrastructure, and technology preparedness

• Manage data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation processes

• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making among technology teams and vendors

• Administer technology deliverables with the new middle-office provider and external partners

• Oversee interface development, connectivity, data exchange, testing, and production readiness

• Track technology commitments and elevate delivery risks

• Formulate contingency plans for critical technology delivery risks

• Maintain awareness of cross-project technology dependencies and critical path elements

• Collaborate with the Program Lead and engage with business, operations, risk, compliance, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams

• Relay technology status, risks, and readiness to leadership and governance committees

• Assist executive decision-making through clear reporting and issue escalation

• Ensure technology outputs align with business transformation, readiness, organizational change, and operational transition goals

• Proven experience managing technology workstreams across interconnected migration projects

• Demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining integrated technology delivery plans

• Proficiency in managing technology dependencies, timelines, resources, risks, and delivery obligations

• Experience in overseeing application enhancements, interfaces, integrations, infrastructure, and technology readiness activities

• Skilled in coordinating data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation processes

• Experience managing deliverables with middle-office providers and third-party partners

• Expertise in coordinating interface development, connectivity, data exchange, testing, and production readiness

• Competence in identifying and managing technology risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies

• Experience collaborating with business, operations, risk, compliance, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams

• Ability to communicate technology status, risks, and readiness to leadership and governance committees

• No specific educational credentials required
