Technical Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the Program Manager during a significant re-platforming effort for a rapidly expanding food-tech organization.

• Contribute to the development of the infrastructure necessary to keep various engineering workstreams organized and on schedule.

• Standardize technical documentation practices.

• Manage program plans and RAID logs.

• Monitor developer activity and skill levels.

• Record and analyze metrics.

• Oversee timelines, progress, and obstacles.

• Collaborate with both technical and business teams.

• Create processes from the ground up.

• Simplify complex technical information into clear documentation and actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Manager in an engineering or product environment.

• Exceptional technical writing and documentation capabilities.

• Proven experience in establishing and communicating standards for engineering teams.

• Practical experience with GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to both engineering and business stakeholders.

• Experience in project-managing a workstream, initiative, or small team.

• Self-motivated and adept at creating processes from scratch.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Must be based in LATAM.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Datadog or the ability to quickly comprehend and document Datadog-based dashboards.

• Bonus: Experience with Jellyfish or a willingness to learn rapidly.
