Technical Product Owner – Salesforce Health Cloud, AI-Enabled Agile Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the Salesforce Health Cloud product roadmap in collaboration with IT Development, Innovation and Impact, and Implementation leaders.

• Manage and prioritize a backlog that includes client launches, enhancements, defects, and platform initiatives.

• Convert complex business requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, data models, rules, automations, access controls, integrations, notifications, dependencies, and exception scenarios.

• Ensure that backlog items are adequately prepared for sprint commitment, including complete requirements, decisions, dependencies, data/access needs, and test scenarios.

• Utilize Claude, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes, and Rovo for research, documentation, story writing, and test scenario creation while adhering to regulated-environment data handling standards.

• Act as the main stakeholder contact for Market Access, Clinical Adherence, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle Management, Implementation, and Compliance.

• Establish success metrics and monitor adoption, error and rework rates, cycle time, and operational impact post-release.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on sprint execution, scope, priority, acceptance, and tradeoff decisions.

• Define testing parameters, lead user acceptance testing, triage defects, demonstrate completed functionalities, coordinate training, and ensure business readiness prior to go-live.

• Maintain documentation, training materials, communications, and post-deployment verification processes.

• Collaborate with Salesforce architecture, AI, and data teams to develop reusable configuration-first solutions, automation, analytics, reporting, integrations, and guardrails.

• Integrate HIPAA, security policies, and minimum necessary access into requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, with direct responsibility for a backlog and priority setting.

• Proven success in bringing digital products from concept to launch while identifying subsequent changes.

• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, fields, record types, permission sets, flows, and reporting.

• Experience with Health Cloud is highly advantageous.

• Capability to write build-ready requirements and independently verifiable testing criteria.

• Data literacy, which includes defining metrics and utilizing reports and dashboards.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools for documentation, analysis, and agile workflows.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

• Comfort working with incomplete information in a fully remote, self-directed environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in patient services, patient access, hub services, specialty pharmacy, market access, or revenue cycle management is a strong asset.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is preferred.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Rovo, Claude, or similar AI assistants is preferred.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulated healthcare environments is a plus.

• Relevant certifications are preferred, including CSPO, PSPO, PMI-PBA, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
