Senior Technical Product Manager, AI & Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients to comprehend their business challenges, determine the necessary data, and outline a viable initial release.

• Develop and enhance prototypes, reports, workflows, and streamlined integrations utilizing SQL, APIs, low-code platforms, and AI-assisted development.

• Manage data mapping, ensure output quality, address edge cases, conduct acceptance testing, and gather customer feedback.

• Validate and test deliverables prior to customer distribution.

• Convert successful, customer-specific solutions into concise requirements for reusable product features.

• Present solutions, recommendations, and trade-offs directly to customer leadership.

• Communicate current capabilities, identify areas needing further development, and outline what can realistically be delivered next.

• Collaborate with Engineering on architecture, security assessments, production support, and long-term scalability.

• Recognize technical risks early and suggest a way forward when requirements are not fully defined.

• Provide valuable customer solutions within weeks, swiftly incorporate feedback, and ensure smooth transitions to Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing, developing, or delivering B2B SaaS products that involve complex customer data.

• Proficient in SQL with practical experience in working with APIs, data integrations, and ensuring data quality.

• Regular hands-on application of AI coding or development tools for building, prototyping, and testing functional solutions.

• Sufficient technical expertise to independently investigate issues and collaborate effectively with software engineers.

• Experience in translating loosely defined customer requirements into practical solutions and clear product specifications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working efficiently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• A history of delivering useful outcomes promptly, even when the initial requirements were vague or incomplete.

• Strong discernment regarding when to rapidly prototype and when a solution necessitates more robust engineering, security, or architectural considerations.
