This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected device solutions.
• Convert customer service workflows and field operations requirements into product features and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure product vision aligns with system architecture.
• Establish user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Prioritize features based on their business value, operational impact, and customer experience.
• Lead the development of solutions for device monitoring, diagnostics, remote support, and service automation.
• Work together with customer service, support, and field teams to enhance issue resolution and service efficiency.
• Guarantee compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act in product design.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Validate delivered features through UAT, field feedback, and operational metrics.
• Foster integration with EHR/EMR systems, service platforms, and IoT ecosystems.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on releases, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enhance KPIs, including uptime, response time, MTTR, and customer satisfaction.
• 5–10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program delivery.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare customer service operations, encompassing support workflows, ticketing systems, and field service.
• Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of IoT / connected devices and edge-to-cloud architectures.
• Technical background in software development or engineering, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand trade-offs.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of NoSQL data stores, such as Elasticsearch, and data-driven applications.
• Strong ability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare settings, knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), service management platforms, DevOps practices, remote device management, telemetry and diagnostics systems, and AI/analytics use cases.
