This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected device solutions.

• Convert customer service workflows and field operations requirements into product features and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align the product vision with system architecture.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams.

• Prioritize features based on business value, operational impact, and user experience.

• Lead the development of solutions for device monitoring, diagnostics, remote support, and service automation.

• Work with customer service, support, and field teams to enhance issue resolution and service efficiency.

• Ensure that product design complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act regulations.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Validate delivered features through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), field feedback, and operational metrics.

• Facilitate integration with EHR/EMR systems, service platforms, and IoT ecosystems.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless releases, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.

• Monitor and enhance KPIs such as uptime, response time, Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), and customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program delivery.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare customer service operations, including support workflows, ticketing systems, and field service.

• Practical experience or a solid understanding of IoT/connected devices and edge-to-cloud architectures.

• Technical background in software development or engineering.

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of NoSQL data stores, such as Elasticsearch, and data-driven applications.

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience in healthcare settings, hospital systems, medical devices, or digital health platforms.

• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and DICOM standards.

• Experience with service management platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Exposure to DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and release management.

• Experience with remote device management, telemetry, and diagnostic systems.

• Background in AI/analytics use cases, such as predictive maintenance, support automation, and knowledge systems.
