Technical Product Manager, Data/SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Determine the products to be developed and prioritize effectively.

• Alleviate the pressure to implement integrations without discretion among Windsor's 300+ existing integrations.

• Transform customer feedback, usage statistics, and competitive analysis into a targeted list of initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to validate project estimates.

• Utilize incomplete data to inform product-related decisions.

• Deliver the product roadmap and establish the product function from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully launched a SaaS product that customers actively used and purchased multiple times.

• Proficient in extracting and interpreting your own data, including metrics on usage, funnels, and retention.

• Capable of narrowing down a long list of ideas to the most impactful ones while articulating the rationale behind dismissals.

• Possess a genuine engineering background or sufficient knowledge to estimate project timelines realistically.

• Comfortable with asynchronous work dynamics.

• Bonus: experience in data integration, analytics, or marketing technology.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and APIs.

• Experience in building a function from scratch.
