This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead product initiatives from the discovery phase through development, launch, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Convert business and clinical requirements into product specifications, workflows, user narratives, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering to assess technical solutions, dependencies, trade-offs, and implementation sequencing.
• Engage with Clinical and Operations teams to identify challenges and enhance workflows.
• Establish product KPIs and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives and evaluate performance.
• Oversee and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog across platform functionalities, integrations, automation, and user-centric workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional product launches, testing, documentation, implementation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities to enhance clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, and the overall member experience.
• Provide support for scalable solutions that meet current business demands and future platform expansion.
• Work alongside Data teams on measurement, reporting, and data-driven product strategies.
• Articulate product priorities, requirements, progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess current products and workflows, recommending enhancements based on feedback, data, and organizational needs.
• Undertake other related duties as necessary for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, technical product management, engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in defining product requirements and managing software products throughout the development and delivery process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in healthcare, digital health, virtual care, or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations, healthcare APIs, or other healthcare interoperability technologies.
• Experience in developing or managing AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or AI-assisted operational tools.
• Background in working with clinical, patient/member, or healthcare operational workflows.
• Technical expertise in software engineering, data, systems engineering, or a related area.
• Experience with remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or other healthcare technology platforms.
