Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and maintain internal tools aimed at monitoring, security, automation, and product stability.

• Take full ownership of technical initiatives from inception to implementation, including requirements gathering and deployment.

• Perform technical research, assess available solutions and technologies, and pinpoint subtle risks, limitations, and opportunities.

• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications and detailed guidelines for development teams.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with DevOps, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams.

• Oversee timelines, dependencies, risks, technical obstacles, and quality of delivery across various initiatives.

• Maintain production stability across web and mobile applications, focusing on logging, monitoring, performance, domains, and incident management.

• Investigate technical and infrastructure-related challenges, determine root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions.

• Research technical requirements and regulatory constraints across various markets, translating them into product and infrastructure solutions.

• Foster continuous improvement in technical processes, monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise and a solid grasp of client-server architecture, as well as the functioning of web and mobile applications.

• Good understanding of infrastructure principles, microservices architecture, load balancing, production environments, and system reliability.

• Familiarity with REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth 2.0, JWT, DNS, and third-party integrations.

• Proven experience in gathering and organizing business requirements and transforming them into clear technical specifications.

• Ability to independently conduct technical research, evaluate various solutions, and quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

• Strong comprehension of technical dependencies, risks, integrations, and potential infrastructure bottlenecks.

• Experience collaborating closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams.

• Capability to manage multiple technical initiatives and teams concurrently, prioritize effectively, and work within limited resources.

• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle technical issues.

• A curious and proactive mindset.

• Process-oriented approach with strong ownership and the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous technical tasks.

• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the capability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
