Technical Product Manager, AI-native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Director throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Oversee product meetings, manage follow-ups, backlog refinement, story creation, and release monitoring.

• Compose comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear.

• Maintain an organized and sprint-ready backlog.

• Monitor release progress across engineering and QA teams.

• Update stakeholders on release status, risks, and timelines.

• Develop wireframes and mockups utilizing AI design and prototyping tools.

• Utilize UI/UX design expertise to ensure the product remains intuitive and polished.

• Employ Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for data analysis, gap closure, and bottleneck resolution.

• Connect engineering, UI/UX design, and business priorities.

• Collaborate directly with the Product Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct product management experience within software/SaaS environments.

• Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS products.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or intranet products is highly advantageous.

• Advanced, practical expertise with Linear or a comparable agile tracking tool.

• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with GitHub.

• Advanced, hands-on experience with Claude (CLI and app) or similar AI tools.

• Strong design sensibility and foundational understanding of UI/UX workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to create mockups using AI-assisted tools.

• Solid technical background with a strong familiarity with software development.

• Capable of discussing APIs, web technologies, and architecture with engineers.

• Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript/React or the Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystem is a notable advantage.

• Include the term 'compass' in your application response.

• A personal Claude Code or Codex project is a significant plus.

• Ability to work from anywhere with reasonable overlap with the team.

• High-speed internet connection sufficient to meet job responsibilities online.

• Capability to participate in Zoom calls with the camera on or screen sharing.
