This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle of the Keyfactor SaaS Platform from initial concept through to launch and subsequent stages.
• Establish a product vision and strategy that aligns with the goals of the company.
• Create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer insights, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to successfully launch products.
• Take ownership of and maintain the product backlog.
• Convert features and functionalities into clear engineering tasks and technical specifications.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee the development process and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Track product performance and collect user feedback.
• Continuously iterate on features to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to the product.
• Update stakeholders and executive leadership on product developments and progress.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product management position.
• Strong grasp of product development methodologies and agile practices.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity for strategic thinking and making data-informed decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to independently learn new tools, technologies, and concepts.
• Comfort engaging with PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software concepts.
• Experience working across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
