Technical Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the remote setup of a local software component in dental offices using TeamViewer

• Work in partnership with the practice’s IT team as well as the internal IT team

• Execute software installations independently and verify proper system connectivity

• Set up communication channels such as WhatsApp

• Assist practice teams with inquiries and onboarding processes

• Deliver support and maintain professional communication with clients throughout the implementation period

• Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering departments

• Aid internal IT management and utilize IT resources effectively

• Optional: Diagnose technical issues by comprehending the database system and its foundational logic

• Technical proficiency and initial experience in software installations or IT systems

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement

• A proactive and solutions-focused work ethic

• Proficient in English for internal discussions

• Native-level German for effective collaboration with dental practices in Germany

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment

• Strong organizational abilities

• Enjoyment of customer-facing roles, particularly those involving phone communication
