Technical Marketing Specialist – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with internal microbiologists and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical insights for content development.

• Create and produce high-quality technical white papers, blog posts, case studies, and sales materials.

• Oversee and implement the HubSpot Marketing Hub strategy, which includes workflows, landing pages, list segmentation, and automated email campaigns.

• Spearhead database reactivation initiatives to reconnect with previous leads and inactive accounts.

• Work in partnership with an external SEO and PPC agency to ensure content creation aligns with technical search strategies and campaign objectives.

• Confirm that all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and rigorously adhere to supported scientific claims.

• Provide sales enablement tools that assist the commercial team in effectively communicating the value of accredited laboratory services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in Life Sciences, Laboratory Services, Industrial, or other highly regulated industries.

• Demonstrated technical writing skills with a portfolio showcasing the ability to simplify complex subjects without compromising scientific accuracy.

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (including Workflows, Landing Pages, Lists, and Email Marketing).

• Experience in interviewing technical experts and converting their insights into professional marketing materials.

• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and capability to collaborate effectively with a specialized agency.

• Excellent written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail.

• A proactive execution mindset; comfortable in building and launching campaigns independently, not just overseeing strategy.

• Must be available for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time (CST).
