Technical Lead, Senior Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, assisting and supporting team members in the successful delivery of projects.

• Design, implement, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Create tailored solutions and extensions, including plugins, workflows, and various components.

• Architect solutions that are in alignment with business requirements.

• Establish and enforce solution governance plans.

• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications such as SAP.

• Engage with solutions and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders.

• Assist in defining and negotiating technical solutions and priorities.

• Work alongside teams from Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

• Provide technical mentoring to foster the development and growth of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for large-scale, intricate projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM and its modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript for creating interfaces and customizations within Dynamics CRM web applications.

• Experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, and custom solutions.

• Background in integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems.

• Understanding of the Power Platform, which encompasses Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Experience with solutions and deployment methodologies.

• Knowledge of solution architecture and governance frameworks.

• Proven track record of providing technical leadership to teams.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and mentoring abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
