This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver comprehensive product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Create robust REST/GraphQL APIs, efficient PostgreSQL data models, and reliable asynchronous background job processing systems.

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, integrated with TypeScript backend services.

• Implement, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows, focusing on prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, adherence to strict data privacy standards, and effective handling of edge cases across intricate user workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design (PostgreSQL).

• Proven expertise in developing asynchronous background jobs and managing distributed queues.

• Experience in debugging production-level systems.

• Practical experience or in-depth technical knowledge of LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• A solid record of translating ambiguous product requirements and user behaviors into clear systems design and refined end-user interfaces.

• Strong dedication to system accuracy, data security/privacy compliance, system observability, and edge-case management.

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, LLM evaluations/fine-tuning, multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms is a plus.
