This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs, efficient PostgreSQL data models, and reliable asynchronous background job processing systems.

• Create responsive React frontends that integrate seamlessly with TypeScript backend services.

• Execute, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows, encompassing prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, strict adherence to data privacy standards, and effective management of edge cases across intricate, non-deterministic user flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design utilizing PostgreSQL.

• Demonstrated ability to build asynchronous background jobs and distributed queue systems.

• Experience in debugging production-level systems.

• Practical experience or extensive technical knowledge in LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• Proven track record in translating vague product requirements and user behaviors into clear system designs and refined end-user interfaces.

• Strong dedication to system correctness, data security/privacy compliance, system observability, and edge-case management.

• Preferred: experience in fast-paced startup environments, LLM evaluations/fine-tuning, or work involving multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms.

• Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
