📋 Description

• Architect and deliver comprehensive product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Design robust REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Create efficient PostgreSQL data models.

• Develop resilient systems for asynchronous background job processing.

• Build responsive and user-friendly React front-end interfaces that integrate seamlessly with TypeScript back-end services.

• Implement, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows.

• Conduct prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architecture, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, strict data privacy standards, and effective edge-case management across intricate user flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST and GraphQL APIs, and relational database design using PostgreSQL.

• Proven ability to develop asynchronous background jobs and manage distributed queues.

• Experience in performing production-level system debugging.

• Practical experience or deep technical knowledge of LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• A demonstrated history of translating ambiguous product requirements and user behaviors into well-structured systems designs and refined end-user interfaces.

• Strong dedication to system correctness, data security and privacy, system observability, and handling edge cases.

• Nice to have: experience in fast-paced startup environments.

• Nice to have: familiarity with LLM evaluations and fine-tuning.

• Nice to have: previous work on multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
