Technical Lead, Java, SDD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the Backend development team technically, ensuring best practices and code quality.

• Actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews.

• Oversee architecture based on microservices and hexagonal design.

• Collaborate on requirements gathering and the definition of technical solutions aligned with business needs.

• Supervise continuous integration and deployments in a cloud environment.

• Foster an environment of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, driving technical excellence within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing with Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot.

• Experience in a Technical Lead role.

• Background working with hexagonal architecture and microservices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc.

• Desirable experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis.

• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and TestContainers.

• Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).

• Good practices: SOLID principles and Clean Code.

• Experience in AI (Agents, SDD).
