Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the Backend development team from a technical perspective.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards.

• Actively participate in development while maintaining a hands-on role in programming.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Oversee microservices architecture and hexagonal architecture.

• Collaborate in gathering requirements and defining technical solutions that align with business needs.

• Supervise continuous integration and deployments in a cloud environment.

• Encourage collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Drive technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing with Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot.

• Experience in a Technical Lead role.

• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and microservices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc is essential.

• Experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis is a plus.

• Proficient in JUnit, Mockito, and TestContainers.

• Experienced with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana.

• Good practices in SOLID principles and Clean Code.

• Proficient in English.
