Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the Backend development team with a technical focus

• Ensure adherence to best practices and code quality

• Actively participate in development through hands-on programming and code reviews

• Oversee the microservices architecture and hexagonal architecture

• Collaborate in gathering requirements and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs

• Supervise continuous integration and deployments in a cloud environment

• Encourage collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Java development (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot

• Experience taking on a Technical Lead role

• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and microservices

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc

• Desirable experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis

• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and TestContainers

• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana

• Understanding of best practices: SOLID principles and Clean Code

• Good level of English
