Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical reference for the team, providing judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues, even when they require investigating unfamiliar technologies or fields.

• Unblock complex situations and propose feasible alternatives.

• Coordinate with involved teams to ensure solutions are implemented to completion.

• Provide technical support to the team and help enhance their autonomy.

• Gradually take on responsibilities related to identity and the technologies associated with the service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience.

• Strong experience in Java development and enterprise development environments.

• Proven experience taking on technical leadership responsibilities or acting as a technical reference within a team.

• Ability to analyze complex problems, investigate their causes, and propose solutions.

• Autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving orientation.

• Capability to work with previously unknown technologies or systems, researching and collaborating with other teams as necessary.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with other technical profiles.
