Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ensure the technical quality, stability, and evolution of the product, primarily utilizing Python/Django and React.

• Guarantee that metrics, processes, and results within the area are visible, measurable, and aligned with the OKRs.

• Ensure that the infrastructure and services scale efficiently and remain up to date.

• Encourage the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and blockchain.

• Represent the Engineering department in strategic meetings, advocating for technical viewpoints with sound judgment and autonomy.

• Iterate the product with agility and a focus on results.

• Promote best practices in architecture.

• High degree of adoption of Claude Code.

• Application of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
