GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the GTM team to implement go-to-market engineering strategies.

• Develop Python or TypeScript scripts to automate tasks such as lead enrichment, campaign data pipelines, contact hygiene, and other GTM processes.

• Create and manage API integrations connecting CRMs, outbound platforms, data providers, and various tools.

• Establish automations that enable outbound processes to function seamlessly without manual input.

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to minimize manual effort in high-volume campaigns.

• Develop self-sufficient tools or features from start to finish, taking substantial ownership of the projects.

• Contribute to Unikraft’s commercial strategies, encompassing campaigns, funnels, and tooling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in scripting using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Ability to write functional code; senior engineering experience is not mandatory.

• Strong grasp of REST APIs, including their documentation, authentication processes, and response debugging.

• Extensive experience with AI and agents, including tools like Claude Code or opencode.

• Basic sysadmin skills: comfortable navigating a terminal, executing scripts, and independently managing a small process.

• Familiarity with n8n or Cargo is an advantage.

• Previous experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, or a comparable technical/commercial hybrid position is a plus.

• Must be able to work within the Europe/CET ±2 hours time zone.
