• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems with an emphasis on simplicity and maintainability.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, cultivating a culture of learning and career advancement.

• Collaborate within a team of Engineers and engage with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize tasks.

• Ensure the successful implementation of high-quality features.

• Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and software development practices.

• Assume ownership of complete features from ideation to deployment, influencing specifications and creating backend services.

• Collaborate with other teams to assist in scaling processes, tools, and technologies.

• Design and develop applications that enhance the merchant-to-consumer journey.

• Contribute to product strategy and steer product evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on modern web development.

• A proven history of architecting and implementing complex, distributed systems in production settings.

• A solid understanding of full-stack development principles and scalable system design.

• Experience with fullstack Typescript products, including Node.js and React.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

• Experience in building complex web applications and managing large datasets.

• Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Experience with high-performance, scalable web applications.
