Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical architecture and delivery for the Kondor+ upgrade.

• Conduct a technical evaluation of the current Kondor+ landscape.

• Establish the technical architecture and strategy for the upgrade.

• Examine dependencies among Kondor+, the database, operating system, middleware, interfaces, and related applications.

• Evaluate custom developments and extensions in Kondor+ for compatibility with the target release.

• Design the environment topology for DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod/Production.

• Determine the installation, configuration, and deployment strategy for the upgraded Kondor platform.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts across the Kondor application, database, and integration layers.

• Review the technical modifications needed for interfaces and custom components.

• Collaborate with Teciem/vendor technical experts as necessary.

• Define requirements for performance, resilience, availability, backup/recovery, and operations.

• Assist in infrastructure sizing and capacity planning.

• Lead rehearsals for technical migration.

• Own the strategy for technical cutover and rollback.

• Provide technical leadership to Kondor developers, integration engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge of Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor architecture.

• Several years of practical experience with Kondor technology.

• Prior experience in implementing and, preferably, upgrading Kondor+.

• Strong grasp of the Kondor application architecture, database layer, services, batch processing, and interfaces.

• Experience in troubleshooting intricate Kondor production environments.

• Familiarity with Kondor APIs and integration architecture.

• Strong SQL/database skills within a Kondor context.

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.

• Experience with enterprise middleware/messaging systems utilized with Kondor.

• Understanding of high availability/disaster recovery and performance needs for critical trading systems.

• Candidate must be based in Poland.
