Technical Lead – Arquitecto OCP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technical operational teams

• Manage critical incidents

• Define procedures and establish best practices

• Design platform solutions for security, networking, storage, and high availability

• Design, deploy, upgrade, and manage large-scale OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters and multi-cluster environments

• Create technical documentation and reference architectures

• Work with mission-critical cloud-native platforms in complex enterprise environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5-7 years of experience working with Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP 4.x) in production

• Experience in designing, deploying (IPI/UPI), upgrading, and managing large-scale clusters or multi-cluster environments

• Strong knowledge of Red Hat ACM, ODF, and Service Mesh

• Ability to technically lead operational teams, manage critical incidents, define procedures, and establish best practices

• Experience as a Platform Architect designing solutions for security, networking, storage, and high availability

• Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (ArgoCD)

• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK / Loki

• Red Hat certifications such as EX280, EX380, or RHCA are valued

• Experience in client interaction and creating technical documentation and reference architectures
