Technical Lead, AI and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish the architecture and technical standards for AI and automation solutions.

• Provide technical guidance to the team, facilitating design decisions, implementation, and adherence to best practices.

• Assess and choose appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and services.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems.

• Ensure governance, performance, security, and ethical usage of AI.

• Assist in technical planning, estimation, and prioritization of demands.

• Spearhead the AI digital transformation initiative.

• Act as the main technical and strategic reference point for AI, automation, and technological advancements.

• Conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training programs.

• Engage and support around 40 AI ambassadors.

• Hold regular checkpoints with leadership to present updates, results, metrics, opportunities, and future steps.

• Convert business requirements into AI and automation initiatives, use cases, and project plans.

• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, feasibility, risks, and return on investment.

• Guide the technical team through direction, prioritization, follow-up, and standards establishment.

• Develop and track KPIs for the digital transformation journey.

• Serve as the liaison between leadership, the business, ambassadors, and technical teams.

• Foster a culture of innovation, automation, and strategic adoption of AI.

• Proven experience in technical leadership and systems thinking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Data-driven and impact-focused decision-making skills.

• Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, technological innovation, and digital transformation.

• Experience in designing architectures and technical standards for AI and automation solutions.

• Background in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

• Knowledge of AI governance, performance, security, cost management, and ethical considerations.

• Certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, DP-900, and DP-100.

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, Information Security, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field, or equivalent certifications.
